I'm back in training!!!
Trying to get ready for a 10K in January.
A few days ago I ran for 56 Minutes and did almost 8 Kilometers. Not a good time though, but I'm working on it :o)

Ich versuche mich fuer einen 10 Kilometer Lauf im Januar vorzubereiten. Vor ein paar Tagen bin ich fuer 56 Minuten gelaufen und habe fast 8 Kilometer geschafft. Keine wirklich gute Zeit, aber ich arbeite dran :o)

Training Pause .... I'm sick :o(
Have to take a break with training, because I've got sick.
Hopefully in a few days I'm getting better and training can start again....
Next goal is eighter a 5K or a 10K in January. A 10K would be the better choice, but I don't know if I'm already ready for it.
We'll see.... I keep ya'll posted

Race Time: Merry Mile - 8:00 a.m.; Frosty 5K - approximately 8:30 a.m.
*Thumpety, Thump, Thump – calling all you jolly souls to join us for the 5th Annual Frosty 5K and Merry Mile. This event is quickly becoming one of Frisco's renowned events. Warm up this holiday season with your friends and family and come enjoy the spirit of this event.
*AWARDSThere will also be awards will be given out in the categories of Most Creative, Best T-shirt, Most Spirited and Largest Team. The 5K race will also include awards for the top three finishers in each of the 14 age groups (11 and under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over), Best Overall Male and Overall Female and a Masters 40+ Male and Female award. Bei meinem Event geht es eigentlich nicht darum wer in Dallas mitlaeuft und wer nicht. Ich moechte mit diesem Event einfach nur wachruetteln zum Thema Brustkrebs.
Meine beste Freundin ist daran im November 2009 erkrankt und hat ihn nach einem harten Jahr und viel kaempfen besiegt!!!!
Ich moechte fuer sie laufen... einfach um auch etwas gegen diese Krankheit zu tun.

Eine Krankheit die viel besser bekaempft werden wuerde wenn jede Frau die Moeglichkeit haette fruehzeitig zum Arzt zu gehen und vor allem auch regelmaessig!
Daher laufe ich bei dem Halb-Marathon im Maerz 2011 in Dallas mit!
Und Ihr koennt mit mir mitlaufen!!!!
Ab sofort sammele ich Spenden von Allen die gerne etwas geben moechten! Jeder Spender wird mit Vornamen und dem Betrag vermerkt, von jedem Spender werde ich den Vornamen als Ansporn auf mein Lauf-Shirt schreiben!!!
Die Haelfte moechte ich innerhalb von Texas spenden und die andere Haelfte geht nach Deutschland.
