Loosing Kilos :o)

ok... something else besides running for me is... loosing some weight.
My Goal: 1 Kilo a week

I won't tell you guys how much I weight right now :o)
But I will tell you how much I lost till the end of March ... and MAYBE will tell you my final weight :o)

If you want to loose some weight also... stick with me!!!!

Monday, January 24 2011: Running:6km
Tuesday, January 25 2011: YOGA: 1 hour / Running:4km
Wednesday, January 26th 2011: no workout
Thursday, January 27th 2011: no workout
Friday, January 28th 2011: no workout
Saturday, January 29th 2011: Running:11km
